Capital Mobilization

The Capital Mobilization (CM) cluster seeks to engage local and wholesale capital providers to address and de-bottleneck issues identified by the Early Stage Funds (ESF) and Growth Capital (GC) clusters. This cluster will apply a pragmatic and action-oriented approach alongside a select undertaking of initiatives at the ecosystem level, with the aim of reducing communication barriers between ESF and GC intermediaries and development financiers/institutional investors.
